Hello, We are aware of reports of some PS4 Pro players encountering crashes and are working with our partners to investigate the issue. Some players have reported that turning off "Boost Mode" has reduced the frequency in which this issue occurs. For updates on the issue, stay tuned to @BungieHelp on Twitter or the Destiny 2 Known Issues thread in the #Help forum.

  • Hello Bungie, I've initialized my PS4 Pro = No result, my game still freezed. I have a NON-4K TV and I have the digital version of the game. So I don't even know what to do now. plz help

  • Good Morning, I'm using a PS4 PRO, no component has been replaced. Play on a Samsumg 4K TV. The game often shows screen freezes, I can not advance in story mode, because I can not finish the mission in nessus "six".
