Don't even need a XIM4. You can use third party software to do it on PC -

And that's just from existing software. A dedicated script for Destiny 2 would be even better, and if aim-assist stays, cheating will run rampant.

There is always going to be third party software, the thing is with XIM it's undetectable by any means making it impossible to section off or punish appropriately
