ISP at my home is using PPPoE to setup internet connection and I have canary problem. VPN, 4G works fine.
Did some dumb setup. My old PC is a gateway server for my main rig now, while I am using same ISP to connect and it works like that.
There is something wrong with the game. Please fix.

I have exactly this problem, and unfortunately i can't play without the PPPoE or setup a VPN connection right now.. How is this even possible, please FIX Bungie. How it's supposed to test the beta if i can't even log in after buying the pre purchase, i believe the beta it's not "fully" released for PC considering all these login/connection errors that we are not supposed to have, report or worrying about because we should be able to log in with any kind of existing connection and try the game. *goes away triggered*

Edited by KaiLeng: 8/29/2017 1:56:35 AMSame thing, I'm able to connect using my phone as modem... but this is just a workaround that doesn't even have an acceptable internet speed. I want to use my regular PPPoE connection, it works in all other games without any issues.

Yea same for me it works perfect for all the other games never disconnects latency etc.. except this one because i can't even log in with the PPPoE setup. I didn't even try to connect with the phone or external gateways i mean this is just unacceptable.
