People see that guns were used to cause the tragedy at Sandy Hook.
They don't want their guns taken away.
They see Mass Effect, a video game. It has guns.
They immediately go straight to that as a cause for the killings.
That's how I see it. If this were the case, I would have killed about 100 million people by now seeing as how many violent video games surround me. I don't have the slightest inkling to kill a person and I have not killed a person in real life yet.

Going to the Army after graduating, bro. If they need me on the field, they'll need me on the field.

Alright, never mind then. But just so you look cool, say rest in peace in a different language after killing. It's good for your soul :D

Heh, after my degree, I doubt they'll even let me get into a battlefield and probably stick me more in an office area or on base.

What do you plan on doing, specifically? Maybe a military engineer, medic?
-
I'm hoping they'll let me be a field veterinarian, but if they need me for anything else, I'll do it.
-
Well, I wish you best of luck then :)

Exactly. That is where 99.99% of the world is. They need to find something to blame that .01% on. That is the issue, and for some reason video games are the scapegoat.
