Can not link nor login using Blizzard account
Before all, please don't answer with the method of the dummy accounts.... Because I cannot log in with the Blizzard account i used to create my profile.
i've never had a bungie profile so when i choose to create an account i used the option to do it using the Blizzard account. And now i cannot Login to that account. When i try to login it just refresh the page and i'm not logged in.
Can you give and estimate on when is going to be available the option to recover accounts or how to add a second auth method too accounts?(hopefully before the beta day of destiny 2).

By the way, if i try to link the blizzard account to this bungie's it says it's already linked to other profile. that i should unlike it(for which i should be able first to login, which is not possible)

1 ReplyIf you are trying to link your new blizzard account to your old Bungie profile but cannot unlink, then please read below: - Due to the recent account security measures Bungie has set in place, moving your Blizzard Account to your main Bungie profile is not as simple as just linking it to your main profile. Now, you have to take the roundabout way of doing things: - First, you will need to create a dummy XBLA or PSN account. This account's credentials should differ from your current account to prevent confusion. After that, log out of Bungie.net and then log in to Bungie.net using your Blizzard account and link the new dummy account you made. - Log out of Bungie.net entirely and log back in using the dummy account. From there, unlink your Blizzard account and log back out again. Log into your main account and link the Blizzard account accordingly. Easy as pie when you break it down, but it can get kind of confusing when you mess it up. If you need more help with this, please refer to the link below or feel free to ask me about the process if you get stuck on a step. My recommendation is to use the companion app as your anchor to the forums here so I can better help you.
