Silver sync..?

Purchased $40 in silver and have not received anything. I have proof of purchase if needed. And YES, I have tried all of the steps and it still has not worked. Please don't respond saying "oh sorry to hear that, let me tell you to repeat what you already did" because I've tried countless times and other people in the forms are having the same issue. Please help solve the problem of connecting silver purchased with the customers, or at least provide a refund.
