The armor sets each class starts as? They look cool as hell. I mean, maybe the Hunter's hood could use a bit of reshaping (back of it looks a bit weird to me), but they are great representations of what the classes are at their core. In fact, I have a request about these particular armor sets. I hear record books will be more prominent in D2. If there's one for progression with each paricular class, then could we get these armor sets (along with the emblems) for completing milestones with our chosen class? I think that would be appropriate.
Ghost shell is nice, looking forward to seeing how we earn that in-game.
The other armor is alright, but meh in comparison to the ones we're given at the start.
Still missing my D1 gear though. The raid armor from Age of Triumph in particular. It looked amazing, and I think it's sad how it didn't even arrive until after it was already confirmed our items wouldn't be carried over. The armor was AMAZING, but its relevance was effectively robbed from it before it even arrived, and its moment in the sun was incredibly short lived as a result.
Personally, though the armor in the D2 beta is awesome, I'd like to request that at some point, armor at least reminiscent of the best and most popular armor sets from D1 make an appearance. Be it through strikes, raids, lost sectors, adventures, or the crucible; I ask that it make a return someday. D1 had cool stuff in it, stuff that doesn't deserve to fade into obscurity because the vocal minority want "new" stuff.
