Topic body So, for all of you destiny fans out there. My beta nightmare. I preordered D2 the limited addition package which included a beta code. So I realized my iPhone which was linked to the destiny app could pull up the redeem page. Well it never could pull up the actual redeem page all I would see is a backdrop. So I go on my wife’s computer and put it in. I awaited my download to come in. Well it’s been a while and I realized today it’s on. I go on my gamer tag and nothing I tried to redeem the code and it said another tag took it. I suddenly realize that I goofed. My main GT is Mammalsauce19. But the first time I bought a new console and made effort to import my tag, I created mammalsauce88. This tag is old and has no games played on it and no subscription attached ever. And now it has the code that you only get one time and it doesn’t even have live cababilities and is a practical dummy account attached to the same emails I have my main account attached to. I then went on the help forum and poured that story out. And reached out to the destiny community for the first time on a forum after playing from the beginning. Almost right away Rramses posted a code and very cool and calm he just said I’m just a nice guy and threw out his twitch link. He didn’t even understand that I am a father of three and my oldest Phil and I are huge Bungie fans and I have been pumping up I have had the beta code since the beginning of summer and that we will play it while he is with me for he summer before he goes home to his mother for school and D2 comes out. We don’t play together a lot because he is PlayStation and I’m Xbox one. So this was a pretty big deal after I had been jabbering on about this the entire beginning of the summer and made this rookie mistake. The destiny community is great. Favorite game and community.
