This is a self absorbed rant post.
Why do we start with a zone in control? That's literally just a giant 'fight for B at the start and that's it game.
The lack of zone neutralization makes it difficult to be able to respond to people capturing a zone before it gets taken. No warning for defense.
The maps are small, and I assume most of them will be like this with few or no shores of time or, god forbid, combined arms and those types of maps
The grenades are so pretty.......I wish I could tell which was which before they hit me
Speaking of hard to tell, the sounds are so muffled. Have you heard ikora speak during crucible? The answer is you haven't, because you can barely hear it
Supers feel like they don't come in until the last two minutes.....at best.
Heavy ammo = special ammo, but now there's only two boxes, one person can pick it up, and nobody can pick it up off your body. Way to dumb down the weapon pool in play.
Speaking of which, I haven't used grenade launchers much, but I had a few fired at me and it's pretty lackluster
The lack of different perks on guns makes them just as lackluster as in HoW.........no rerolling was better, it still had variance
This is a big one: IT STILL KICKS YOU OUT OF THE MENU WHEN YOUR FIRETEAM STARTS SEARCHING FOR A GAME AND WHEN YOU LOAD IN. SO ANNOYING.
Our guardians are weaker than me in real life. Seriously? Three hit melee? And shoulder charge doing half damage? I'm biased as a titan main, yes, but everything feels weak now.....except for the weapons, but since you can hardly use power weapons, it's just the non-power weapons that are relevant........which are just primary weapons........thanks competitive tryhards
that's all for now
