Why does Dominus Ghaul look like Darth Malgus?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed this. But why does Dominus Ghaul's head look like it was straight up copy and pasted from Darth Malgus from Star Wars: The Old Republic?

Yeah I know this seems nitpicky, and others will probably say who cares, no one plays SWTOR. I play it, FYI. But seriously, is it so hard that Bungie's designers couldn't come up with one original design for Ghaul. They just said -blam!- it and hope that EA and BioWare don't notice. Cozmo? Deej? Thoughts?

I had the same reaction when I saw the trailer. I think Malgus was patterned after Darth Vader when his helmet is removed. I think anything with a pale-skinned baldie and respirator is going to bring up memories of the Star Wars franchise. :) I also think the entire Cabal race was patterned after the Mondoshawan from Fifth Element.

Bungie has made no effort to hide how much influence it gets from other things. The game has tons of references to other games, other cultural media and the like.
