IS THIS NORMAL? (CHEATER IN TRIALS)

i already post this video and it has been deleted for harassment/personal attack and i risked the ban, while these players are playing osiris in this moment ruining the game experience to everyboody! THIS IS CRAZY! link video: [link redacted]
Ninja Edit
I've taken the liberty of removing the gaming account names of the person(s) who you stated were cheating. Bungie takes reports and game bans VERY seriously, and so they carefully research those reports against their server logs for actual shenanigans (cheating/exploits). If those reports and the investigation bear fruit, the cheaters will be dealt with. But things like making a vid, creating a topic, and/or naming them here on the forums serves no purpose and has no benefit. If you have used the in-game report tool, then you've done your part. And thank you for doing so. For those who who want to take the extra step, or were kicked from the game (and are unable to access the reporting tool), Bungie has created a Cheating Submission Form that allows players to find the PGCR (Post Game Carnage Report) from their personal history, fill out an official report, describe the cheating, and even link a vid (if they have one). Please feel free and encouraged to use this tool, but pay close attention to the warnings on the form. * If you are not confident that a player was cheating, do not use this form. * Abuse of this contact form may result in account restrictions. * Fraudulent reports and submissions unrelated to cheating may result in disciplinary actions against your account. • Looking through your recent games, I found a match on your titan on July 9th your team disconnected from. I recognized the name of a player on the opposing team. Several posts have been made about this player over the last several weeks. In his match history, nearly every ToO match he played in resulted in his opponents disconnecting. This is exactly the type of match history I would expect to see for someone using DoS attacks to boot their opponents. If you believe cheating occurred, you can report the match using the following form: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967 Read the instructions on the form, and only use it if you are confident cheating occurred. I will report the match. Anyone else that wishes to may also report it once they find it in your match history. Good luck.
