I want to get into normal dreaming, but don't really know how. I thought I had one earlier today, but then I realized that I was hungry and wanted a pizza, then a pizza appeared. I focused on nothing, but I still was lucid dreaming, and when I entered my dream I was able to change things around me, much to my dismay. Anyways, other tips are appreciated to avoid lucid dreaming.
