My wife has been playing for a little over a month now, her gt shows up on the app, but says she has no character. We really need to fix this, is there a way to actually contact bungie? We've tried everything everyone has suggested. We need help

Hi stallion, Have you linked the console platform's account with a Bungie account? Did you link the right account? And have you logged into the companion app with the right account? If yes to all of the above, does the Bungie.net website show your character(s)? If yes to that, perhaps uninstall and reinstall the app. Good luck, Guardian! Hopefully all works out!
