Eververse License?
im trying to get some emotes at the kiosk but it tells me i need a eververse purchase? can some one tell me what that means and ho i can get the emotes?

Which kiosk? If you mean the Silver Dust kiosk, then you have to unlock those emotes. They come in AoT chests, and can drop from the NF.
