Faction rewards? (cloaks and stuff)
I am level 26 with dead orbit and I have been trying every time i get a new level to get a specific cloak (cloak of the sojourn). Whenever i get a rewards package it never wants to give me one. I looked online and on the wiki pages on obtaining it and it says it is available for 75 legendary marks. I was wondering if anyone knew either a better way to get it or how to buy it specifically? I love the cloak and wish it was plainly available.
If anyone has help i could use it!

It can't be bought. Whatever information you're looking at has got to be over two years old. Sadly you just got to keep grinding. At level 26 you should be eligible for the exotic cloak which will help you level up faster.
