If you bought it through XBL Marketplace, you did not buy the limited edition, since that is a physical version and you can only get digital versions through Marketplace. It sounds more like you bought the Digital Deluxe version, which has certain digital add-ons but nothing physical. If you bought it through XBL Marketplace, you can go to the XBOX.com website and login with your XBL account then check all your purchases under "Microsoft Account" - it will tell you exactly what you bought. If you bough a physical edition through a retailer, or possibly the Microsoft Store (not via console marketplace) then you should receive the paid-for items when it ships. You will have to verify this with the retailer you bought the physical version from.
