Clan admin in need of guidance
I am currently the admin of the clan AWOL Nation. The founder of our clan and the other admin lost control of our clan somehow through the purchase of a ps4 pro. However he is playing both consoles and in the clan with both profiles. The issue at hand is he would like me to add both of his profiles as admins as well as keeping me one. But when I go to promote him it tells me I don't have the privilege to promote and doesn't really allow me to do anything besides change the profile text in the settings. I was wondering if someone from bungie could help me with this situation. If they could guide me through it or if they have the power give me the power needed to do these things. We really don't want to start a new clan because of this issue.

3 Replies1. The founder orphaned the bungie.net profile that had founder status. Thus, he can't login to that profile to perform founder duties. 2. As an admin, you can't promote people to admin role. That is only possible by the founder (which now has a defunct profile). 3. Bungie can't simply make changed to the clan. Seems your only option is going to be to start a new group/clan and invite all members to new group.
