[b]A description of what happened[/b] During Trials, my fireteam had a loss added and a win taken away from our Trials passage. [b]Did this issue occur when leaving the match before the PGCR Screen?[/b] I did not break matchmaking or leave any games at any point on this passage. [b]Were you granted post game reputation or rewards immediately after the loss, or did you experience any latency in receiving your rewards?[/b] This is difficult to answer because the loss was added while we were in matchmaking. We left a game with a 3-1 card and flew into the next game with a 3-2 card. Also, we got that third win 2 times (see below). [b]Were you ever credited with winning the match, even after receiving a Loss on your Passage?[/b] Not as far as I can can tell. We played one more game (the game where we realized we had the extra loss). We won that game and my passage showed a 4-2 card (should have been 5-1). I did not play the rest of this card out. [b]A link to your Bungie.net PGCR[/b] Again, tough because of the sequence of events. We won this game (https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=6487087039) as our third win. We flew into this game (https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=6487103597) with a 3-1 card, won the game, but recorded our third win again... Then we flew into this game (https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=6487117578) with a 3-2 card, meaning we got a loss added at some point between the last two games. [b]Please provide a link to the specific game where you were granted a Loss on your Passage[/b] Again, sorry if this isn't helping... but the loss was not added during a game, it was added in between games which are linked above.
