Upon completion of their sentence, of course.

If they stay out of trouble for a couple years, sure
-
I think so, yeah. Apparently 10 states permanently bar felons from voting, which is a shame.

Should a sentenced and rehabilitated pedo be allowed near a playground? It's a tricky question, not one with a simple answer
-
Same answer as last time and that is a resounding no.
-
Yes... Luckily for me in my state you get your rights back when you 12/12 or are no longer on parole...

At the end of their sentence they are being let back into society. Not feeling like they have a voice in the society they're in will contribute to their chances of reoffending.

5 Repliesyes, but violent offenders shouldn't be released from prisons at all.
-
If they're not in prison, they shouldn't be denied that right.
-
8 RepliesNope. That's because most felonies either involve impairing someone's mental health or taking someone else's ability to vote away. And the ones that don't do either of those (drug use, reckless vehicle operation, fleeing police custody) have a high potential to injure ,mentally or physically, others around them. Therefore, the right of voting should be null and void as their voice that determines the direction of state governments and federal governments have been compromised by poor choices.
-
I don't see why not.
-
4 RepliesDepends on what they are locked up for

Why shouldn't they be able to vote?
