Uses frame blending, not true 60fps, but there is still an evident difference.
I'm not part of the "Destiny 2 should be 60fps" debate, but I think it's an interesting topic.

I prefer it being 30 that means it's going to have a cinematic feel.

The 60 vs 30 fps argument isn't a factor for me. As long as the core gameplay is fun like in D1, I'll enjoy my time in D2!

Technically I can see a difference if I look for it. But I picked no difference because you'll never compare or look for that when you're playing.

Do you even know about framerate? You're like the guy that asks for dedis, but doesn't understand the whole concept

Bottom line is 60 vs 30 for consoles in D2 doesn't matter no matter how it looks because the game doesn't run at 60 on consoles.
