It's a never ending struggle, but for about a month now I've never felt better. When I start getting anxious, and fall into disarray, I take time to stop and meditate and through it I come out feeling in control and positive. It's just a strong and timeless self correcting method. Better than any drug I've ever tried. No side effects. So far my average meditation takes about 45 minutes, I just go for as long as I feel the need to. Sometimes just ten minutes of focused breathing is all it takes to handle the stresses of a day. I strongly recommend it to anyone reading.
