Have I posted this in the wrong area? Still no response from Bungie.... I have tried this again and have noticed the "cancel" button works fine but the "save" button does absolutely nothing. I would really like it if someone from Bungie would reply to let me know if this is a known issue or if you could not be bothered at all. Something would be nice. Apart from attempting to change the clan description on a windows laptop I have also tried it on an iPad and when I "save" on the iPad it says "undefined" above the clan description. If that helps, anyone, that cares, at all....
