what about having lower gauge shotguns used for kinetic/energy slots, They wouldn't be able to OHK but would have better staggering ability in pve and perhaps in pvp (within reason of course). Scouts are pretty much like this to snipers in the fact they are similar in role one is just higher damage lower reserves. Any thoughts or reasons people can think of why they couldn't make something like this work?
