Just another complaint, but can you relate?
Ok, sorry I'm late to the Age of Triumph party, but I have something I'd like to ask.
Every time I've received an AoT Treasure Box, I've previewed the rewards, and it seems like you can potentially get some cool stuff. The best-looking stuff is the AoT armor sets (Dang, they look cool!).But when I first got one (a box, that is), I thought I remembered hearing someone mention terrible drop rates before. After opening at least a few boxes, I definitely remember some rants about that. The best thing I've ever gotten is an AoT helmet for my Warlock. Everything else is a couple silver dust or one of those annoying appearance-changing Halloween things (Btw, those are cool at first, but when you get the same one over and over, and find out you can't delete them; it gets frustrating). I like the idea of silver dust, as I wasn't around back whenever to get some of those holiday masks and stuff, but all the good ones are at least 35 dust! You get one or two dust each box! And I'm not paying for items that are already in a game I already purchased! So what I wanted to ask is: Does everyone else have as bad drop rates as me? Or is it just my bad luck?
So there you go, that's my rant. Sorry for wasting your time.

1 ReplyThere is less of a chance that you will get something you already own. So if you want to maximize your chance at getting something cool, try buying (with silver dust, not relal money silver) all the stiff from the silver dust kiosk that can drop in the AoT boxes. I'm not saying it gives you a good chance, just a slightly better one. Once I had all/most of the shaders, horns, emotes (the only emotes I don't have are the crying one and the refer a friend ones), ships, etc. I started getting armor drops. I still would get boxes with no armor. A snow dreg and some silver dust were most common. Could just be coincidence, just my personal experience.
