Does destiny the colector's edition give you taken king and pre order benefits?
I am a well seasoned Destiny play with 2 400 light characters and started playing this game in February. It wasn't until today that I checked my postmaster to find it had just given me a pack containing stormcaller benefits. A shader, an emote, and an exotic stormcaller bond. I can't use any of them because it says it needs taken king collectors edition. Does Destiny the collection not have those benefits included? If not, then why did I get those items in the first place if I can't use them? And why today did I get them and not when I started playing or any time inbetween?

2 RepliesHey Sergalicious, No, those items aren't included with Destiny The Collection, sometimes people will receive them if they have someone else's account on their console who does have The Collector's Edition, or if their account was recently on a console that owned it. It has also been given out accidentally before, so it's possible that happened again if the other situations does not apply to you.
