A list of all the [known] changes to Crucible thus far

All credit goes to Th3Jez and his video. This is a brief summary of the changes, however there are more details in the video. As noted in the video, the reveal was an Alpha build so plenty of this is subject to change. - Every game mode, including Trials, is 4v4. - Time to kill is slower; guardians have more shield. - Intellect, Discipline, and Strength have been replaced with Armor, Agility, and Recovery. - Armor has buffs, such as adding to shield strength. A body shot from a Sniper may not even break shields. - Melees do 90 damage; it takes three melees to kill someoone at full health (with exception to Striker's Frontal Assault) - Radar no longer tells you when someone is above or below you, it's all the same color; radar range is shorter; Radar takes longer to come back after you ADS. Hipfire seems to have increased accuracy. - First person to pick-up power ammo gets it; this is confirmed to be how it functions across all game-types, though the timers on it may vary. In Countdown it was a 30 second timer. - The amount of Power Ammo you get is balanced depending on the type of weapon you're using; Rocket Launchers get 1; Snipers, Shotguns, and Fusion Rifles get 6; Grenade Launchers get 4 (it takes two shots to kill). - Taking damage cancels your power ammo pick-up. - Handling is now a stat bar on all weapons; possibly a combination of weapon swap speed and ADS speed. - Rate of fire has been removed; weapons now show a Rounds per Minute stat. - Sniper headshot does 250 damage and is an instant kill. Depending on how the opponent's shields are speced, it takes 2 or 3 body shots to kill. - Flinch on Sniper Rifles is noticeable, comparable to how it is now. - Any type of energy damage, from weapons or abilities, does additional damage to Supers; damage type doesn't need to match. - Energy weapons take down shields faster. - Revive tokens are given at the start of a round. You use up a token reviving someone. If you die, you lose your token. - Revive speed is about year 1 speed, however there are no immunity frames. - Like picking up power ammo, being damaged resets your progress toward reviving someone. - HUD provides information on how close each team is to winning with a bar, as well as current rounds won in the case of Countdown. It shows the subclass of your teammates and enemies, whether they are alive or dead, and whether they have their Super or not. Below this it shows how many revives a team has left. - Below the radar are call-out locations. - Game feed now shows: who pulled Power Ammo, what weapon they're using, and the location they pulled it from; friendly and enemy Super activations; who has activated an objective (with a marker where they activated it). - There is now a different audio mix for PvE vs. PvP; footsteps are now louder in PvP and friendly and enemy Supers now have different activation sound-effects. - Sprint lock has been removed. - Fusion Grenades no longer one-hit kill; they will take down shields. - Kills and assists have been replaced with "defeats" in both in-game and after game summaries. If you kill someone, that counts as a defeat. If you assist someone in getting a kill, you also get a defeat. K/D has been replaced by Efficiency as a result. - Fist of Havoc's radius has been greatly reduced. - Warlock and Titan skating is no longer a thing.
