I can't get online

So i tried to get in Destiny, selected my Titan and hit X then I get a message that says my '...permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or my profile may have been signed in elsewhere! I haven't changed anything! I played 2 days ago and no real problems then today I can't get on! HELP ME PLEASE! 😭
