Does anybody want new ghost voices?
Just throwing it out there, but I would prefer to have a new ghost. Even when Nolan voiced the ghost it still seemed really boring. I want a ghost that's active to your play style, "must run faster, must run faster" " you gonna get that guy or want me to.... right no thumbs" just a couple of dialogue moments while in game. And being able to choose the voice too; Gigi Edgley as kinda a sarcastic high energy one, Patrick Warburton a gung-ho one, Kevin Conroy, Mark hamill, James woods, Olivia Munn, Candace Bailey, Brenda song, summer glau, Adam Baldwin, Alan tudyk, jewel staite and long shot one Mel Brooks. A ghost that grows with you and shows emotion as you travel together, and not just little robot voice, but actual conversation voice.
Would anyone else prefer a new ghost voice or keep Nolan bot?

I just want Sam Jackson. There was even a YouTube video where someone used destiny cinematically and Sam's lines and I couldn't breathe for 20 minutes

I'd even pay for it with silver or whatever pay to play stuff is gonna called in D2. But ONLY if I get to actually pick the voice. No more RNG in pay to play bungie. That's called gambling.

I don't even want a ghost. I would prefer silence. one of the biggest things that was anoying was the ghost always talking. if they gave a mute option for the ghost I would of used in Destiny 1.

1 ReplyI preferred the more serious dread tone of Dinklebot. Nolanbot is too up beat for the situation for me, too much comical-relief type for my liking. I want Ghost to have a personality that reflexes the situation we're in.

2 Repliesnolan is tuned to sound too fruity in D1 dinkle delivered so much better. it was subtle humor and what i expect from a ghost. nolan just wrecked so many of the good lines.

Would definitely love to have different ghost voives my warlock for the longest time had the ram and superblack equipped with torn dead orbit robes, looked evil but heres the little light (much like our old friend 343 guilty spark) with his buzz killing voice killing the evil vibe...

Couldn't really care much less about it and we sure as hell aren't going to get a bunch of celebrities at least due to how expensive that would be. I'd be just as fine with them throwing in any random voice actors with different accents and gender to choose from. I'd rather a ghost sound like its own character, not make me imagine the celebrity behind the voice all the time.
