Just bought silver and i get a query error...Please fix

Silver isnt showing up that i just purchased it but the transaction went through and took the funds from my bank account. Its showing 0 silver and an error when i try to get treasure of ages boxes.

  • First wait a few minutes. If they don't appear, quit and restart Destiny. You can also shut down your console and unplug the power cable for 5-10 minutes to clear the cache and power it on again. After logging back into Destiny, check for a notification of added Silver or check your balance in your character Inventory screen. If none of the above works, check the PSN/Xbox Marketplace store to see if your transaction shows as successfully completed. If it shows processing, then there is an issue between PSN/Xbox and your bank and you will need to either wait longer or check with your bank. If all fails, contact your console support and/or submit a report using the form on this page: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13657
