Give Heavy/Special Ammo Loaders to All Exotic Chests and Boots
I don't like having to give up 'x' Exotic because of this. I can't take Twilight Garrison and Armamentarium off of my Titan because I love the extra ammo. Besides, they're all Exotics. This should set them further apart from other Armor in terms of practicality.
