Aside from Silvered Dread, what gun is actually competitive?
None of them.
Sure some one will try to tell me that Clever Dragon is still good, or that crappy hand canon.
No.
MAYBE Distant Star. But it would be real nice if Iron Banner weapons were actually good.

It flinches people enough that it makes it very difficult for them to fight back with a precision weapon Like a hand cannon or a pulse rifle. Just because a weapon isn't good in YOUR hands, doesn't mean that its not competitive in the hands of a player who plays differently and does different things than you do well.

Distant Star is the kids archetype and with a hidden hand roll it sticks just as much as Mida. The one down side is the lower magazine size. Distant star can also roll with HCR. Iron wreath is the same archetype as worm wood but has 15 in the mag.

I dont know I still do 90+ a headshot with the handcannon. Granted Im in a lower bracket and all that good jazz. I think anything can be good with a person that just wants to kill something bad enough hahaha. Heck I use bolts now just cause Im bored 🙄

Only one problem with that: if they were good, Bungie would step in and MAKE THEM BAD. Clever Dragon used to be so good, people still used it despite the shotgun meta, and did well with it. Then, Bungie decided to create a primary-centered meta by defanging the best primary weapon in the game. Yeah, makes just as much sense to me.

The Distant Star is one of my favorite, depending on perks. The Laughing Heart is a good sniper, loved using it when sniping in PvP. But yeah the rest aren't that great.

I just like distant star because of the sound it makes.
