Exotic future war cult bond not working
This exotic future war cult bond is supposed to give u a special spawn I have mine equipped but its still not working bungie how come the special spawn that all the faction exotic have not working all of a sudden I have checked on all my characters and still the same plain old spawn why does this exotic do what it supposed to do I need help cuz idk why these exotic class items aren't even doing what their supposed to do this is crazy Bungie can you guy please fix this problem

Because the effect isn't as cool as it should be... the consumables look way better, use them instead.
