What is Rasputin talking about?
I just got a Grimoire card called [i]Ghost Fragment: Rasputin 3[/i], but it's a bunch of coded military gibberish. I can't make heads or tails of it. Anyone got an idea on what's going on? Here's what it reads:

He is shutting down all solar defences, and cancelling all procedures designed to protect humanity. He is also disabling his morality codes. Finally, he is preparing to enter long-term hibernation.
