Why not remove it, it's the SAME people and the SAME streamers playing every weekend doing carries on the SAME character. Nothing changes except for a few people who decide to finally give it a try and then realize how tryhard and MLG it is then say F it. If Destiny would limit accounts, mac addresses, ip addresses, something, to limit people to running one flawless per week per character then maybe casual people would give it a go and probably have a good time and enjoy 6-7 wins and possibly go flawless. But until that time, it's the same people on the same hunter running multiple accounts through trials. Edit: remember Destiny 2 is already made minus a few tweaks it's complete. The "tell us what you'd like to see change" probably isn't going to happen since Bungie has already written all the code for it and is now only working on bugs. So just take it with a grain of salt that Bungie will actually "alter" trials before the release of Destiny 2.
It's quite possible that a new version of Trial won't drop 'til after the Osiris DLC (if not, I won't shed a tear). Bungie perhaps will wait how the new crucible/pvp runs before launching its so called engame content. In regards to streamers, what you want is pretty much impossible: Bungie relies on these "content creator community members" to freely advertise the game on their twitch streams or youtube videos. And some of these streamers actually rely on their channels to make a living if not a buck or two on the side. Disabling repeat runs/ticket pickups messes with their streams, thus their livelihood. They rag on Bungo or otherwise move on to other games and stop their free advertising of Bungie's product. That's a no no. I think that creating a separate tier matchmaking system for characters/accounts/profiles that have already gone flawless that weekend is possibly the one solution for non-sweats/casuals like most of us to have a chance to have fun with the mode while the streamers and sweatier multiple scarab types are facing off other players on their own, separate tier.
