Trials is fine. The separation of PVE and PVP is strictly the problem in its entirety, considering nerfs and buffs.
If it's even in D2, it can exist just fine. It's the sandbox team that needs to get their heads out of their assess and figure out how to properly balance the game in both aspects of PVE and PVP .

Thats why ey need to completely separate the OvP and PvE ssandboxes. Guns made to be fun in PvE ruin the balance of PvP. And when ey are nerfed for PvP they become useless and the fun is ruined in PvE. Just have separate loot. Shaxx gives you your starting crucible gear set, and you gain more crucible gear through matches, purchases from certain vendors like the crucible quartermaster, or factions, and from events like IB and Trials. PvE gear is then earned throug playing PvE or purchasing stuff for marks from vendors that have PvE gear.

Bump! I suck in crucible and trials, but that's on me. I could see them adding something for equal load outs for a different type of challenge. I've also advocated for raids to have match making because most players already have a team and the challenge would be to have random players work out a functioning team, besides players are constantly looking for others in strikes and raids. It would reduce all the board traffic.

I'm a beta player. I've raided and I never had a regular team. I had 2 friends and 3 lfg rando calrisians every raid. I think match making for raids would be a toxic playlist full of people looking to get free gear.

Maybe, but options are just options. You can always pick up players and add them to your fire team before starting the raid and it comes out the same. Just saying it's another option.

I am not against it per se, but I think it will be like the chat option for strikes. People won't use it.
