I'm a solo player and you need to stop complaining. Just use LFG
English

Lfg is the biggest hit or miss part of destiny, even more so than the raid loot drops. Out of 10 people I message, 1 or 2 ever reply. It takes me more time to get a team from LFG than it takes for me to complete the raid.

I can find an LFG in 20 seconds easy.

If you have raid completion/emblems lfg is fine if not its garbage. Thats all besides the point, it should be in the damn game. I'm here to play a game not waste my evening surfing the web. If its not in game they can sit on D2 and spin.

My comment had nothing to do with lack of matchmaking or using lfg, so, you obviously didn't read the whole thing, and only served to make yourself look stupid. That said, matchmaking/lfg for raids and nightfall should be an in game feature, as should grimmoire. Making a player go outside game is what most gamers call immersion breaking.

Edited by Mossman78: 5/11/2017 12:06:52 PMApproximately 10% of people that start a raid now complete it. Less than 10% of the overall destiny population have completed a raid at all! I assure U if they bring in matchmaking that percentage completion rate will be below 1% ! Honestly you would rather match make in with 5 people that probably don't speak your language instead of asking your clan Sherpa to help you or a Sherpa on one of these many sites the 100 or LFG whatever. That nuts pal, I have sherpa'd easily over 1000 people to completing raids in this game, matchmaking in raids will cause massive problems, NF not so much however. Its so much easier to stick an event up in your clan or community say happy to Sherpa, state time and raid, 5 peeps join regardless of experience and weapons but understanding they will get the direction and help they need on each checkpoint. The result of that is they are happy they got it done pass on that knowledge to the rest of the clan/community etc. NO chance of this happening in raid matchmaking, it will be like LFG (never used it) without the ability to kick the shit guys who wont listen to direction. No thanks

Tell my why you are a solo player, are you scared to talk to other people? I'm actually curious as that should be the only excuse.
-
I have my reasons, and I'm not telling you. Also, I'm not always solo, I have one friend I regularly play with. My main point was that there should be pve activities that highly challenge and reward solo players and 3 man teams. Nightfall doesn't give anything really unique, usually a ghost or exotic, which you can get anywhere. HoW, forge, court, all fun to do, but the challenge is low, and rewards are basic beyond the 3 HoW exotics. 6man teams shouldn't be the end all be all, my opinion, and the opinion of a lot of us. I'm day 1, love a lot about it, but I hate the exclusionary atmosphere, simple as that.

Doing the Nightfall and scoring Gold in less than 30 minutes will finish one of Zavala's weekly bounty and give you up to 400 gear. Do that on all 3 characters and you'll get better stuff than the Nightfall rewards alone.

What solo nightfall ?

No, simply that my reasons are my own, and I shouldn't have to explain them. I explained the problems I see with the game for people like me, and how it can be fixed, that should suffice.
