I feel like the lingering damage is now shit in PVE. Takes more shots to kill than other hand cannons and the lingering damage doesn't do as much

Frankly all hand cannons are rubbish in pve now.... Why use them, when scouts work at all ranges, have more than double the reserve ammo and magazine size, quicker reload and more stability. High impact scouts hit almost as hard too.... Hand cannons have a maximum possible range of just 24m now before damage drops off a cliff. Fatebringer only carries around 70ish reserve ammo lol....
