Hello, Is this happening on your mobile device, web based version of Bungie.net, or in game? If it is your mobile device, I would recommend clearing your cache first. This can be done in settings, applications, and delete cache. If that does not resolve the issue, I would turn delete the app. If it's on a web based version or even in game. You can also clear the cache for both as well.
