I halfway agree with OP but where do we all die and what just so happens to start spawning when we die? Shanks. Blaming shanks. I don't know how that can make it No 1. But it is ridiculously hard for what it is

The Shanks fire at you almost immediately as you spawn. They're incredibly difficult to spot from below and they are Repeaters at that. Defenders can cancel them out along with an accurate Nightstalker to group them. I would say Gjallarhorn with its tracking clusters could effectively spot them.

Along with a giant Ogre monster chasing you leaving the kite exposed to them. If the kite gets killed, it's usually over.
