The Cleveland Indians' name and logo has been a point of contention recently, and MLB commissioner Manfred is considering putting some pressure on the team to change their name and logo.

Should they keep or change the name and/or logo?
If they should change it, what should they change the name and/or logo to?

2 RepliesI think you should ask the remnants of the Erieehronon people who were native of the region. Problem is that they were essentially eradicated by the Iroquois people, more specifically the Seneca. The Seneca engaged in basically a genocidal warfare campaign against the Eire tribes because the had the assiduity to accept refugees from the Wyandot/Huron peoples. The Iroquois people/Seneca people essentially killed the entire Lake Erie basin native peoples. So, if you can get a person from the Erieehronon tribes who is offended by the Cleveland Baseball team, I'd be all about changing the name.
