Ok so my in game book is rank 7 but when I sign in on the website I'm rank 2 and can't generate my code help would be appreciated I want my shirt.

Im rank 7 and it says rank 7 on the site but it just says im ineligable yet i never generated a code?

I managed to sort mine signed out of everything and back in and rank 7 popped up
