If you previously owned The Taken King's Collector's Edition on the Xbox 360, that license does not transfer over to the Xbox One. Any items that are locked to that license (equipment, class items, shaders that came with it, etc) require that license to be usable. Neither TTK nor any special editions, preorders, or bonus content will transfer from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. The only thing that transferred was Destiny (the base game) if purchased within a certain time frame and Expansion I and II. Nothing else got a freebie upgrade transfer from the old gen to the new gen and must be repurchased or reacquired in some other way. (No, Bungie won't give you free access to them because you owned them on the previous generation console, nor will they give you a freebie code to use to get them.)
