I'd like to know exactly what we get in Destiny 2 for playing Destiny 1. As well as what we get in it for spending our time doing this Age of Triumph stuff

To clarify I am talking about the Age of Triumph what point is there to doing the same content I have done before if nothing carries over
-
I don't know ... to play the -blam!-ing game and that's it
-
So there isn't a point, got it.

Edited by oven: 3/30/2017 8:12:30 PMMaybe you played the game to have fun, not to have a decently cool looking gun, or a few pixels in the form of an emblem? The friends you made, the tears you cried, and the laughter. The experience is what counts, it was just a game.
-
After all, they claimed that they'd be doing something to honor the veteran players. Let's see what it will (or won't) be.
-
Count me in on that too. I want to know what they're doing for veteran guardians. Because the last time they tried to show love for the veteran guardians, it felt more like a slap in the face.
-
Then you'll have to wait like a big boy.

What did you get in Halo 3 for playing halo 2 or 1?
-
Edited by JasperGTR: 3/30/2017 8:23:24 PMI didn't know Halo 2 had over 1000 weapon combinations, or over 1000 armor combinations obtained mainly through RNG. Cool. I see similarities. (Sarcasm) FYI - in Forza sequels I carried a few cars to the next generation console on new tracks with new physics, etc... In Madden, I carried a player from NCAA - which Ii drafted to the following year's game. Bungie said Destiny would be a different experience for FPS. Are you suggesting that it should be the same?
-
Exactly. Absolutely nothing. The entitlement of some folk over video game "achievements"...
-
I carried my armor and all of my initial primary and special weapons from Halo 1 to Halo 2. Same armor Same Battle rifle Same pistol. Am I incorrect? The point here being as there was no RNG to build a collection of loot, as Halo is not a loot-based game.
Exactly. Absolutely nothing. The entitlement of some folk over video game "achievements"...
You can be entitled when they say they are doing something. In this case, they said they would.
-
Probably an emblem you will never equip.
-
What did you get in gta5 for playing the others?
-
We're not talking about GTA. We're talking about Destiny.

I know I'm just messing with you ;)
