I have filled this form out 3 times and yet no email or reply what is going on here ???

so i went in to speak to Tess to buy silver when hit the button it said query failed and it said it was trying to contact platform services so i went to the playstation store there i bought the silver then i went to my inventory and hovered over my silver it said zero but in red it said silver sync pending what does this mean?

You may have to log out of destiny and see if it's there upon restarting.

so i just logged on and i got it thanks for your help guys logging off then on worked
