Well Bungie and Josh Hamrick, You Didn't Fix Transfusion or Red Death and you SHOULD HAVE

Sure, you can chain together more than one Stormfist, but you are depending on an RNG ability proc or an exotic. Or you can chain together 3 partial health regens max using multiple different abilities, SC (kill), SF (kill), and additional SF (kill). but [b]c'mon REALLY[/b]? Having the cooldown and full regen was better here. That way if your SC didn't put down the enemy, SF likely would and bam you're on your way to regen. Cauterize and Hungering Blade are SPAMMABLE. You can mash one button, rip consecutive kills quickly. Full health regen proc with cooldown is the way to go here for Transfusion. Since the unintended nerf, the aggressive style of play I greatly enjoyed with my Striker Titan has been greatly affected in the negative. I cannot survive previously aggressive up close encounters that I was able to previously. And I'm speaking from a largely PVE perspective here. Your extra 21 hit points and removal of cool down "fix" will not "fix" that. Red Death... LoL, still trying hard to understand where you thought process is here. You've nerfed a relatively unused weapon and hurt the only thing people use it for. We are not using a Red Death to spam kill Thralls and Dregs guys. Seriously, what the heck are you thinking here?
