Evolutionists don't seem to understand

Their own theory. Pretty much every argument for evolution I see goes like this:
"Why do you deny science? Evolution is hard fact! We see it happening even today through natural selection!" REEEEEE!!!
The thing is, natural selection is fact. you heard me, it's correct. Natural selection and Intelligent design have nothing against each other. Their problems lie when you start going back billions of years earlier than humanity itself and try to come up with a solution for that. Evolutionists proclaim common ancestry while Creationists proclaim creation. This is where things get fishy for both. Christians use the bible and the fossil record to support what they believe and have little proof beyond that. Evolutionists use embryos, java man, the archaeopteryx, similar dna, homology, and darwins tree of life. You must say, look! common ancestry evolution clearly has more to back it up than creationism. But what if I told you every single point I listed for common ancestry was misleading or flat out false.
I could go into specifics on each bit but I don't have the time to do it all in one post
Now you might have noticed how I listed the fossil record for creationism, I will explain. Recent fossils support natural selection, but much older fossil layers do not support common ancestry whatsoever. If there weren't common ancestors, then how did all those organisms get there at the beginning of the round earth? I'm sure there are other theories out there I just don't know them unlike many I try to know both sides of the story before I come to a conclusion. If I was wrong or unclear about anything you don't need my permission to rant in the comments about it. InAfterDownvoteBrigade TL;DR You can't use natural selection as a argument against intelligent design.

  • Evolution is the changing of organisms caused by force-feeding them candy, shoving a colorful stone into one of their orifices, or making them journey to the deep web and back. It's simple.

You didn't talk about what evolution is at all, other than a nod to natural selection. You talked about what other idiots you associate with say about it. Those two are not the same.

Can't take you seriously unless you explain why the Evolutionist points are invalid and misleading.

              • Just about, if not all, schools of science can point to a form of evdence that supports evolution. When you have multiple jigsaw pieces, the picture becomes more clear. Creationism is just painting a pretty picture over the empty jigsaw frame. Too lazy to solve the puzzle. At the end of the day, there will always be people that interpret science as a belief system. That is the problem. Some may cry at the changes over time, but that is just improving precision. You can say sci can and will be wrong.. but it will ALWAYS be more right than creationism.

              • Philosophy is like being in a dark room and looking for a black cat. Metaphysics is like being in a dark room and looking for a black cat that isn't there. Theology is like being in a dark room and looking for a black cat that isn't there, and shouting "I found it!" Science is like being in a dark room looking for a black cat using a flashlight.

                •
The thing is, natural selection is fact. you heard me, it's correct. Natural selection and Intelligent design have nothing against each other.
yes they do. One is substantive observed and tested naturally occurring phenomenon that we understand, the other is just an idea.
Their problems lie when you start going back billions of years earlier than humanity itself
humanity isn't billions of years old.
and try to come up with a solution for that.
I'm assuming you mean perceived gaps or leaps.in the Fossil record. Two things. 1) the Fossil record will never be perfect because we aren't looking through every layer of rock everywhere to find them, and we can't 2) fossilization only occurs under certain conditions. So it's entirely possible some organisms don't have fossils, or that we will never find them. So an incomplete fossil record is anticipated. And not evidence against evolution.
(Evolutionists) Scientists* proclaim common ancestry while Creationists proclaim creation. This is where things get fishy for both. Christians use the bible and the fossil record to support what they believe and have little proof beyond that. Evolutionists use embryos, java man, the archaeopteryx, similar dna, homology, and darwins tree of life.
Tree of life is just a diagram used as a visual aide. And DNA is literally all you need. All of life has shared dna. We aren't based on seperate genetic foundations. Like one group of organisms has DNA and another group has something else as the foundation for their genetic national. And it's all these things combined, DNA coinciding with our anatomical similarities, and how life diversified over time as seen in the Fossil record, along side current observations in nature and the lab, all support evolution and a common ancestor. Any Christian using the Fossil record is misrepresenting the information, as the layers of the fossils always is magically neglected to be mentioned.
you must say, look! common ancestry evolution clearly has more to back it up than creationism. But what if I told you every single point I listed for common ancestry was misleading or flat out false.
I could go into specifics on each bit but I don't have the time to do it all in one post

you're gonna need some specifics. Because you're fine of shit, and that's why you haven't provided any.
Now you might have noticed how I listed the fossil record for creationism, I will explain. Recent fossils support natural selection, but much older fossil layers do not support common ancestry whatsoever.
yes they do. And you're not explaining anything. Just making assertions. It does support it because life only gets more complex, Anatomical structures are built and expanded on, in a timeline we can see. Look at the Fossil record.
If there weren't common ancestors, then how did all those organisms get there at the beginning of the round earth? I'm sure there are other theories out there I just don't know them
the beginning of life, or abiogenesis, doesn't have a scientific theory. Some good hypothesis, but no scientific theory yet.
unlike many I try to know both sides of the story before I come to a conclusion. If I was wrong or unclear about anything you don't need my permission to rant in the comments about it.
You don't know much.

                      • Evolution doesn't make any sense when you go back super far. However, if you look more recent, it makes a lot of sense. To an extent it has to be real. Why else are there not billion-year-old fossils of present day organisms? Also, as a note, evolution doesn't disprove religion. For all religous people know, their god created evolution but just never brought it up.

                          • Thank you for understanding. I think that both ideas are rational, and every point you listed for common ancestry, in my opinion, is evidence for intelligent design.

                          • You can be a Christian and still believe evolution is real. The bible says God created man and the animals. It never once says that none of those animals evolved. *drops mic*
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
