I need some help I started playing Destiny the day the game come out on Playstation 3 then I moved to Playstation 4 shortly after but I do not have my Playstation anymore and I play on Xbox one I have played on Xbox sense Crota how can I get credit for my pre Crota things in years book

You can't. You only get credit for completion on the account you did it on, meaning you won't get progress from a PSN account on an Xbox account.
