I've had Rocky Mountain Oysters and they aren't too bad. I've eaten chocolate covered ants, salt and peppered scorpion, alligator jerky, liver, all sorts of crazy stuff. But the nastiest thing I've had to try was sheep's stomach. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT even bother with that shit.

Being a chef, I need to know what I'm dealing with and how it will turn out. This way something half-assed isn't sent to the customer. We were doing an Irish themed wedding and unfortunately they wanted tripe. Not my favorite thing to make or eat by far.
