ITEMS NOT THERE!!
I thought the app was supposed to be helpful?! I tried to transfer my husband's jade rabbit to him while he was playing, and it wasn't even there! Not on his warlock, his titan, or hunter. Not even in the vault!I refreshed the page 5 times and it still wasn't there. After him cussing because he had to get out of the game, he went to his warlock and there it was. Then I checked on the app and it still doesn't exist. Y'all suck! Fix the stupid app

1 ReplySometimes the app doesn't properly refresh gear on characters. You literally have to refresh all the characters individually, and sometimes the vault as well to get them to properly refresh, as sometimes even restarting the app doesn't always work. It's a pain, but that's literally what you have to do. Hopefully that helps for future vault problems.
