Mornin all,
Friend of mine Donner_Wolke logged into her bungie account/ destiny after not playing for over a month. Now all her Emblems are missing.
She had to her bungie account connected a xbox and psn account. Last night she realised that the xbox account was delinked from her profile and it created its own bungie profile.
The psn account was still linked tho to her OG account.
Therefore no orphaned account.
Neither of those bungie accounts show the bought/ paid emblems in the list on bungie.net.
The bungie store keeps redirecting her to the forum.
Where is the bungie customer service?
The only two emblems she really cares about are the two from the pins.
Does Bungie really care so little about their paying customers who support their bungie charity that they delete their emblems so they have to rebuy them?

Hey SenSnowy, If the codes aren't showing in her redeemed codes section, then the codes were never redeemed on the account she's viewing.
